Earlier this week, the Giant Food store in the Chatham Station Shopping Center (Ellicott City, Md.) relocated to a vacant space within the same center. The 88,000-square-foot store was built by Crisak Construction; Heritage Mechanical served as the HVACR contractor.
“We’re thrilled for the opportunity with work with Crisak Construction on another project for their client, Giant Food,” said Lance Baird, principal of Heritage Mechanical. “Crisak is exceptionally detailed in their work and demands quality with every subcontractor; we’re delighted to meet and exceed this need.”
This is the third Giant Food store Heritage has built, having also worked alongside Crisak on the Wisconsin Ave. store in Washington, D.C., and the store on East Glebe Road in Alexandria, Va.
